The PR-20 is a cheaper version ("20 watts" vs. "40 watts") of the PR-40.
The cabinets of the PR-20 is identical to the PR-40. The amps are nearly the same. So much so, in fact, that's it's possible to convert a PR-20 to a PR-40.
