Loadswitch is a rotary switch on the Leslie 147 amplifier, that has three positions, OPEN, 8 Ohms and 16 Ohms. The latter providing for a load resistor in case the organ power amplifiers' speaker output is used as the signal into pins 6 and 1 and the console speakers are not used.
