The Fender Vibratone, Leslie 16 and Leslie 18 are all single-rotor amp-less Leslies designed to add rotary effects to the output of (for the most part) guitar amplifiers. Stevie Ray Vaughn made the vibratone famous.
The Fender Vibratone and the Leslie 16, other than cosmetic variation, are identical --- both have a 10" driver. The Leslie 18 has a "full-range" 12" driver.
