Like UpstopFelts, DownstopFelts are fitted on organs with WaterfallKeys. The white keys are in contact with the DownstopFelts when the key is depressed. DownstopFelts are harder to replace than UpstopFelts but it's worth doing, perhaps in conjunction with a BusbarLubeJob.
Purists refer to these as HammerRailFelts.
