To add further to my above comment:

I have worked with many M100-series manual chassis.
NONE of the *M100* chassis I have worked with will accomodate 10 busbar contacts.

I have also worked with many L100 manual chassis.
The ONLY L100 manual chassis I have found that will accept 10 drawbar contacts is the L133.

This particular L133 manual chassis I speak of is of different design than any other Hammond chassis I have seen.
The actuators, contact boards and terminal strip are ALL made of plastic - Hammond chassis usually have bakelite boards, etc., - interesting....

I added foldback to this particular chassis and I sold it - so I cannot give any more particulars about this "unique" chassis. I do have a photo of the backside of this L133 chassis but I have no idea how to post it here.

I can only agree with the original post in that the ACTUATORS for M, L100s DO have 10 slots.
BUT, regarding adding a tenth contact, not all the L, and/or M100 chassis have slots for 10 contacts!

All I can say is, beware of buying an M-, or L-100 with hopes of adding a 10th set of contacts and/or a 10th busbar.
You should find out what's inside the chassis before you buy!
